Deep Tissue massage involves deep techniques, and the pressure will generally be more intense in order to get into troublesome areas. Deep Tissue massage is excellent for chronic tightness, scar formation or repetitive strain, such as troublesome areas or knots.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is used to reduce stress, improve blood circulation and work on specific areas to reduce nerve pain. Therapeutic techniques include effleurage, kneading, picking and skin rolling. The recommend range for a full body massage is 60–90 minutes.
